Making a Splash in Norwich: Recap of the Unforgettable Rose City Water Wars!
Dear DHW Athletic Community,
We hope this message finds you well, and we are excited to share the incredible success of our recent community event - Rose City Water Wars! 🌊✨
The sun was shining, and the laughter echoed as we transformed Norwich into a water wonderland, bringing together over 200 community members for a day filled with joy, connection, and celebration. This event was made possible through a fantastic collaboration with our friends at Blooming into Greatness, another inspiring 501(c)(3) in Norwich, CT.
🎉 Highlights of Rose City Water Wars:
Water Bouncy Houses: The air was filled with the sounds of pure delight as kids and adults bounced, splashed, and enjoyed the thrill of our water-themed inflatables.
Water Guns Galore: From epic water gun battles to friendly skirmishes, our community came together for some good-natured, water-soaked fun.
Dunk Tanks: Laughter and cheers filled the air as brave individuals took the plunge in our dunk tanks, all for the sake of community bonding.
Free Food Festival: Our culinary team outdid themselves, providing a smorgasbord of delicious treats for everyone to savor. Food, fun, and friendship – the perfect recipe for a memorable day!
Live Music: The beats were groovy, and the tunes were lively as local musicians graced us with their talents, adding a rhythmic soundtrack to our water-filled festivities.
